WTF ???

At least the Supreme Court got one decision right; they said that Obama could not take away Medicaid funds from the state of Texas unless they expanded Medicaid to cover illegal aliens.
Apparently, Obama lied to us when he adamantly said that the health law was not a tax.
This is the first time in our history that the federal gov't. is taxing an individual for non-participation.
After the decision was read, one of the other Judges said to Judge Roberts, "We just passed a law that Congress did not write".   That means that instead of doing what the Supreme Court's duties are, they now can make law (in addition).
So, this means that either the President, by Executive Order or the Supreme Court can make any law they wish.   Then why do we need a Congress ?
We must get a Congress in place that can agree on issues of national concern.   The best way to do that is to vote out every Democrat and replace them with candidates from the Tea Party, Libertarians and other Republicans.............no more Democrats making our lives unbearable.
Get everyone that you know to go to the polls this November to vote out the tyrannical dictator that Obama is. 

My condolences to you...

Well it looks like Judge Roberts got it wrong.
First of all, the majority of people are against Obama-Care...so what
happened to the "will of the people" ?   Other than Congress being
bullied into voting for Obama-Care, why wasn't an issue this big, affecting
so many of us put to a vote by the people ?   Obviously, just another
move towards our failing Democracy.
As we all know, a Democracy's life is between 200 and 250 years before
it unravels.   Ours is way past the 200 year mark.
I'm a bit confused about the mandate...is it a fine or a tax ?   If it's a fine
then it meets the unconstitutional test.   If it's a tax then there's no problem
avoiding having to buy insurance.   Since the fine will be less than the cost
of the insurance, just pay the tax and then you can deduct it from your income
tax at the end of the year.
Anyway, I'm so disappointed in my fellow Americans for being so ignorant
regarding Obama-Care, having not read it and believing the liars that forced it
upon us.   You've got the next 18 months to oust all of Congress that put us
in this overly expensive and increasingly restrictive law.

How a Dictator reacts...

Can you believe how Obama has taken the Supreme Court decision regarding
the Arizona law ?   As soon as the decision came down, first Obama said, Drop
Dead Arizona", declared that he will not enforce the law and has set up a hotline
for anyone to call in to report any suspected enforcement of the law.
The Supreme Court Judges all can't believe that Obama would do this.

Not only has he "written off" Texas, but now he couldn't care less about Arizona.
The Federal gov't. is refusing to enforce any immigration law regarding illegal
aliens in order to secure their votes.
This thug (Obama) is not being our President, he is now our Dictator.
He not only has put so many restrictions in place to keep us in a recession, but
has crippled our energy growth as well as bending to the will of our enemies.
If he should win a second term, that will be the end of the American way as we
know it now.   His second term agenda is to nationalize all corporations in order to
crash the stock market and have the gov't. take control of all businesses.
Cover your ass should he win............your future is at stake.

Shades of Watergate ?

Very interesting, why the President would declare "Executive Privilege" regarding releasing papers in the Eric Holder case of "Fast & Furious".
In case you're not aware of what "Fast & Furious" is, it was a White House plot for the government to sell guns and other weapons to the Mexican drug cartels in order that when these were used in killings and traced back to the fact that they came from gun shows in the United States, there would be such an outcry that Obama could put forth his agenda of Gun Control.
On more than one occasion, Obama is quoted as promising to get Gun Control legislated but he said that certain things "under the radar" had to be done first.
As it turns out, an American Law Enforcement Officer was killed with one of these guns and the investigation that followed, led to the authorization of "fast & Furious to Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder.
Now that Congress is "hell-bent" on investigating this, Eric Holder has refused to present important papers that Congress has requested that would show that Obama was the originator of this plot.   In his refusal, Eric Holder is subjecting himself to Contempt of Congress.   Obama, in trying to cover up his own involvement by issuing an "Executive Privilege" to cover his own ass.
Do you remember Nixon and Watergate...............Hmmmm.   Here we go again, a President being involved in sneaky, underhanded and illegal actions for his own personal agenda.   Could this be the "last straw" in getting rid of this thug ?   Can you imagine what he will do if he should get to serve another term ?   Do you see why he just pulled off an Executive Order for illegals in order to get their
vote ?   Are you watching the alterations of tapes of Romney speeches by the White House controlled media ?
This thug (Obama) will do whatever is necessary (legal or otherwise) to secure his re-election in order to further his suppression of the middle and upper class and the destruction of the Constitution.   In the last election, it has already been proven that Obama got hundreds of thousands of votes from illegals, multiple voters (voting over and over using the names of registered voters that never made it to the polls) and dead people.   This too is why the Obama administration is against any kind of voter ID.   As things stand now, anyone can register all over their city in different names and vote multiple times or vote in anyone's name that is already registered.   In some towns around the country, you don't even have to be registered to vote; just walk up and say that you haven't voted yet and wish to vote now.   Any illegal can certainly do that.
If you're not sorry that you voted for Obama in the last election and plan to vote for him again, you're either an idiot or totally clueless and are voting without knowing anything about this man.

After going through the "registered Voter roles" in the state of Florida, it was found that over 182,000 Illegal Aliens were registered and voted in the last election. Several organizations have requested that something be done about this. At every level of government, the Democrats have opposed notifying INS or ICE. The main reason is that Illegal Aliens vote Democrat exclusively. In every state where voter ID has been proposed, Democrats are claiming that it's discriminatory. Duh...of course it is...we want to discriminate against Illegal Aliens and have legitimate elections. How dare we let non-citizens that are here illegally have a vote in determining the laws and representatives in our country, states, counties, cities and communities. With the hundreds of thousands of votes from dead people added to the hundreds of thousands of votes from illegal aliens it any wonder how Obama got elected and will get elected again... This is your fault if you do nothing about it and let the Democrats continue with this corruption of our voting system. The last time that I voted, no one asked me for any proof of who I was. All That I had to do was give them a name that was on their list of registered voters and sign that name in the appropriate space. Theoretically, I could have voted many times at different voting places without any challenge whatsoever. The mantra is "VOTE EARLY, VOTE OFTEN" among the illegal community. Republicans want something done about this, Democrats want nothing done about this, and Libertarians don't care either way. Personally, I'm wondering if it's even worth wasting my time to vote at all, since the outcome is already "rigged".

Business Investment... The Obama administration has poured billions of taxpayer dollars into businesses with guaranteed loans. 77% of these businesses have already gone bankrupt. If the Obama administration would just get out of the way, (1) all that wasted money would be available to "waste" on other things, (2) the private sector would accomplish what the gov't. fails to do. A perfect example of this is: Obama gave $535 million to a major contributor of his campaign to start a company called Solyndra. As we all know, Solyndra is now closed and your dollars are gone. Meanwhile, using private funds, another company has flourished; SpaceX has succesfully taken up the opportunity to fill the gap in our now defunct space program. Using private money, they have launched a vehicle that has delivered supplies to the space station and has gotten a contract for 12 more such deliveries from the gov't., making us no longer dependent on Russia launches. Free gov't. money gives one no incentive to succeed, while spending your own, forces you to do everything that you can to be a success.

How about this ???

Just a thought................. A quick and easy way to turn our economy around as well as reducing costs on almost everything might be doing the following: Since we have over a 200 year supply of coal and natural gas, and both are cheap to get; why not drop all of the recent (Obama administration's) regulations, give incentives to people and companies to convert to natural gas for their electricity, heating, autos, etc. Not only will we become more independent from the OPEC oil cartel, but all costs relating to energy, manufacturing, transportation, etc. will drop significantly. In addition, this would put hundreds of thousands of people back to work, thus having more money to spend, to buy more things, and the economy starts booming. Just the industry of converting from oil to gas would employ thousands and thousands of people to do the conversions and then service them in the future. As an example; To convert an automobile from gasoline to natural gas costs about $200. With gasoline at about $3.50/ gallon for a car that gets about 20 miles per gallon, the cost per mile would be $.175 per mile. Using natural gas, that cost would be about $.045 per mile or about one fourth of today's gasoline cost. Homes and businesses that are still using oil for heating would also drop their costs by about 70%. Farming, manufacturing, transportation, etc. would become very inexpensive while the unemployment rate would plummet. All that this administration has to do is turn around their stifling policies that are crippling our country and let good old American "know-how" jump into action.
